Since opening in 2008, Ava’s Pizzeria & Wine Bar has been awarded “Best New Restaurant” and “Best Pizza” by the readers of What’s Up Magazine as well as “27 Points” for Food Quality from Zagat.
Owner and Chef Chris Agharabi worked at Persimmon, continuously recognized as one of “Bethesda’s Best” under the tutelage of Chef Damian Salvatore.
With a dedicated staff, unique menu, extensive wine & beer list and an outdoor patio with a retractable roof, fireplaces & a waterfall, Ava’s serves gourmet pizza, sandwiches & entrees to visitors and locals 7 days a week year round.
Ava’s also takes pride in supporting organizations that benefit Talbot County including the St. Michaels Fire Department, St. Michaels Recycles and the American Diabetes Association through the James L. Stewart St. Michaels Grand Prix.
